The faces behind 306 Motel Apartments are Sally and Stewart.  Their passion and dedication to their accommodation complex is outstanding.  The Google Reviews showcase this with many comments mentioning friendly hosts, and clean comfortable rooms.  However, both are quick to acknowledge that running a busy complex is a team effort.  This can even be through the help of their granddaughters who love to polish tables when coming over for a visit.  

Sustainability is an area that 306 is continuing to improve where possible.  Tiaki means to care for people and place. Here at 306 we try very hard to follow this philosophy and hope you will join us on this journey!  As part of their commitment to the environment they recycle all of the motel toiletries through The Hotel Weka's end to end recycling programme and are always looking for further ways to reduce waste around their apartments.
